No. Only one Khela Khela account can be created per mobile number. Having multiple accounts is a violation of our rules, and if detected, both accounts may be suspended.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for large withdrawals. Submit a scanned copy of your National ID or passport to support. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

On the login page, Click the "Forgot Password?" link. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile — use it to set a new password. The entire process takes under 3 minutes.

To change your mobile number, contact the Help Center. Your number can be updated after identity verification. For security reasons, this change cannot be made directly through the app.

Bet on 100+ sports events including cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and basketball. Special odds are available for Bangladesh cricket matches.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the "Cash Out" option is available, you can exit the bet before the match ends.
